1) The .FLX file describes the location of specified flux nodes and flux rates in the FEMFLOW3D model.  

2) The NPS_sv_model_ts.FLX file is a modified version of the sv_model_ts.FLX file submitted by the Southern Nevada Water Authority in Exhibit 508 Appendix A.  

3) The file was modified to include 19 new points of diversion.  

4) The file can be viewed and modified with a text editor.
