The executable file 'wrpod.exe' that is in this directory is a download of the Utah Water Rights Points of Diversion.  The file is a self-extracting executable that creates a shapefile of the points of diversion.  The data is UTM NAD27 Zone 12.  The excel file in this directory is the same data found in the shapefile, but there are no coordinates associated with the data.
