Notice of Public Hearing – Proposed Regulation (LCB File No. R012-26)
The Nevada Division of Water Resources will hold a public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to regulations in Chapter 534 of the Nevada Administrative Code. The proposed amendments update existing regulations related to extensions of time, implement provisions of Assembly Bill 62 (2019), and streamline forms and requirements to improve clarity and reduce burden on the public.
