The Nevada Division of Water Resources (NDWR) will hold a public stakeholder meeting pursuant to Executive Order 2026-003 to solicit recommendations on regulations that may be streamlined, clarified, amended, or repealed. The meeting will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to offer input on existing regulations and identify opportunities to improve regulatory clarity, efficiency, and effectiveness.

STAKEHOLDER INPUT PROCEDURE
Stakeholder input will be accepted following each agenda item, providing stakeholders with an opportunity to offer input and feedback before any action is taken.
Stakeholder input should be brief and concise to allow all interested individuals an opportunity to speak. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per individual. Stakeholder input will not be restricted based on viewpoint.
A Public Stakeholder Meeting – Regulatory Review Input Form is available for those wishing to submit written comments. Completed forms may be submitted before or during the meeting. Stakelholder input will be accepted until the meeting is adjourned.
