On behalf of Adam Sullivan, Nevada State Engineer, the Nevada Division of Water Resources will hold a designation hearing (to designate the entire Lower White River Flow System basin pursuant to NRS 534.030). The hearing will be followed by a public meeting regarding the next phase of the administrative process.
