A Nevada Well Driller's License expires on June 30th of each year. To ensure continuous licensure, a well driller must annually submit a renewal application to the Division by June 15th.
License renewal applications must be submitted electronically on the Well Driller’s Management System, along with a $50 renewal fee. Additionally, all well drillers must provide proof of completing a minimum of 8 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) within the current licensing period. At least once during two consecutive licensing renewal periods, the continuing education units completed by the well driller must include the successful completion of the Division's course "Nevada Well Drilling Regulations, Statutes, and Forms".
